DELIVERY TIMES
UK MAINLAND: Order by 10am Sunday to Thursday and typically receive in 1-2 working days.
Delivery may take longer during peak delivery periods which will be flagged throughout our online shop. You will also be notified of any delay, receive a text on day of delivery and a follow-up text with a two-hour delivery window.
Wherever possible please provide alternative delivery instructions in the notes box at the checkout in the event that you are not in, such as behind a bin or with a neighbour.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / AB POSTCODES / SCOTS ISLANDS / ISLE OF WIGHT: Orders can take up to 3-4 working days longer to arrive from when they leave our warehouse. You will be notified by email when to expect your order.
MINIMUM ORDER THRESHOLDS ENABLE US TO ABSORB THE EXTRA COST OF DELIVERING TO YOUR AREA USING A COURIER THAT SPECIALISES IN HANDLING GLASS AND MOVES YOUR PARCEL BY HAND, NEVER ON BELTS.

If you order 3 or more cases of a particular variety we’ll inform you right away if we are low on stock, in which event your order may be delayed up to 5 working days until we await our next delivery (you can cancel and be reimbursed in full at any time prior to order being dispatched).

How we deliver
Our specialist by hand glass carrier pays drivers a living wage. If ordered by 10am Mon-Fri we aim to deliver in 1 working day, otherwise within 2 working days.
If longer we will specifiy waiting time on the shop page, and notify you of unforeseen delays or shortage of stock. You will receive a 2-hour window by text on day of delivery.

More details on the Highlands/Offshore Surcharge
Due to escalating cost of transporting our products from Hastings on the south coast 600 miles north and offshore, we now ask customers in the Highlands and all AB postcodes to order a minimum £90 of GO Kombucha, and offshore destinations above an order minimum of £120 in total at the checkout (after discounts and codes applied) to enable us to continue absorbing this cost. All orders are dispatched via our glass specialist courier that ensures your order is moved by hand and never put on belts, and pays its drivers a living wage.
Orders below these thresholds will be invoiced additionally at £15 and £25 respectively to cover the surcharge applied by our specialist glass carrier to your region. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
